FROM THE COAST TO THE CLOUDS
A JOURNEY THROUGH ARGENTINA, URUGUAY AND CHILE
Our latest adventure starts in 10 days. We will be escaping the British winter for 5
weeks to travel independently around South America. Our journeys will take us from Uruguay in the
East to Easter Island in the West; from the Atacama desert in the North to Cape
Horn in the South. It's the holiday of a
lifetime and we can't wait!
What inspired us to take this journey? Well, 6 years ago we had a taste of South
America on a 25 day organised tour to
Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, and Ecuador.
We were enthralled. The Galapagos
Islands, Machu Picchu, Iguazu Falls,
Lake Titicaca, and Rio De Janeiro were just some of the amazing highlights we
experienced. Some of the images from that trip are shown here. In the intervening years
our travels have taken us in other directions, but we have always longed to
return as we knew there was so much more to see. 
Fast forward to the present day. We're now seasoned travellers. We've been to all corners of the globe and
travelled extensively, shunning the organised package tour in favour of our own
personally designed itineraries. We've been off the beaten track; immersed
ourselves in local cultures; stayed in some wonderful places; seen beautiful
sights and enjoyed great experiences, storing up many treasured memories. At last we feel confident and ready to
revisit South America on an extended tour as independent travellers.
